When choosing a place to stay during your visit to historic downtown Saint Augustine or Saint Augustine Beach, everyone’s needs are different. We offer walk to the beach accommodations without waterfront pricing. While waterfront housing may be preferred, it’s often not in everyones budget. The Villas are less than 400 yards from the beach and are located in a section of St. Augustine Beach without public parking or drive - on access, providing a locals vibe!
Modern & simple decor. When styling the Villas, we chose simple but modern decor throughout the property to create a sleek and clean environment while still offering the comforts of home. Our Villas are not cluttered with beach signs and shells, we prefer local artwork and greenery to showcase beautiful St. Augustine Beach.
Private terrace. In comparison to a condo complex or a busy beach road, the Villas offer a private backyard to start your day with morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring. Our terraces consist of a large dining space, Florida native plants and fruit trees ,and polywood Adirondack chairs that are durable and functional.
High quality bedding, towels and toiletries. Since opening the Villas in 2021, the question we are asked most often post-stay is where did you buy your mattresses? As a traveling family, we know the importance of a good night sleep which is why we offer high quality beds, linens, and sustainable toiletry options.
Stocked Kitchen. The Villas have everything you need to utilize the kitchen space in the best way possible. We provide all the kitchen essentials you may need during your stay as well as reverse osmosis water for minimizing plastic water bottle waste.
Garage Space & On-Site Laundry. Each Villa has a dedicated one car garage equipped with beach essentials and on-site laundry. Many of our guests utilize this space if bringing/renting surfboards, bicycles or other sporting equipment. Additionally, you can pack less knowing you have laundry available.
Direct communication with the owners. The owners of St. Augustine Beach Villas live in St. Augustine Beach and we pride ourselves in being able to have timely communication with all of our guests for whatever needs they may have. We are always happy to recommend our favorite places to eat or where to see live music! As local residents, we are always up to date on whats going on in our fun beach town and historic St. Augustine and do our best to make you feel like a local while staying with us.
